No sweet heat sauce for chicken now, was told only for tenders. Mashed potatoes cold. Pepsi soda tasted like seltzer

Everyone there was so sweet and very quick service.

Literally the worst service ever. They leave the mic on and talk while they say hold up . I literally her a whole conversation about how they hate working there. While I was waiting for them to take my order. This place is the worst. Do not come here at all . You’ll get better service literally anywhere else

I love the food here...always...but most that I have been to have a bit of a reputation for giving you whatever they feel like giving you...not what you ordered. This place was truly the exception!!! They take the order, repeat it to us, and then repeat again at the window when paying. They make sure they get it right!!!

The food was great and service was speedy. Although I felt they had a little bit of an attitude for no reason. Also, remind them for napkins because they dont remember.

Went a month ago and the service wasn't a good one so I just brushed it off i revisted tday August 3 8.20p.m this is the worst possible experience. Staff are very disrespectful obviously doesn't give a damm .

Poor staff and service, manager refused to give more than 2 sauces after I pid for 4. Wouldn’t recommend at all

First of all the intercom system and the drive-thru is this functional and when I arrive I had to talk to him through the window and they were completely out of everything except for a few pieces of spicy chicken I asked for a three piece if I and I only got one thigh in my box the only side they had was mashed potatoes like out of 11 side

Popeyes always has great food but normally friendly service is not why you go there. However this location seems to be way different!! Very friendly everyone is smiling and seems to be happy to work here. Yet food is still good if not better. Look out chick Fil A this store has you beat on food and service. Not normally near this location but I stop in every time I’m near it. If your a person thinking about going you will not be disappointed. #teampopeys

Horrible customer service! You feel rushed ordering your food, and once you get to the window, not even a hello. Employees give you a nasty attitude if you ask for receipts, sauces, even napkins. I Have given them 3 chances, EVERY SINGLE TIME The experience is WORST! Is a shame, because I love their food and is super close to my job, but this location IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF RE-TRAINING when it comes to the basics of customer service.Every single person in our office stopped going there because of the bad customer service. Corporate needs to really look into this!

The Staff at this Popeyes are amazing. Very good friendly customer service. Chicken was fresh, delicious and hot. I have no complaints.

If I could give this venue 0 stars I would. The coworkers and manager were so disrespectful. They didn’t let me finish my order on the drive-tru and when I came up to the window they didn’t let me add one thing to my order and told me to go back to the line again. I asked to speak with the manager and she was even worse than the coworkers, she didn’t want to ring me up nor give me my food when I never gave attitude nor raised my voice like they did.

So 2 months ago at another store i tried an amazing chicken sandwich. It was amazing thick juicy but crispy chicken. But then i got one here and it was half the size. They were piled up under a heat lamp and it was dry and hard as a rock. Even worse is we all got meals and as we paid they let us know that they only had medium cups is that okay. What they failed to say was we had to pay extra because they don't know how to order cups. And they overcharged everyone that came in there? Last time i checked that is not how you run a business. Won't ever be back.

Waited at window after getting food for 10 minutes before they realized I was still there when I asked for my tea.

Not very happy with today's order. The gravy was not included with the mash potatoes. There was not enough honey for the biscuits. Finally the chicken was very dry and tough. I am truly disappointed because my food o is normally very good. This site located on Vine st in Kissimmee Fl should really get to the bottom of this. I expect better food from Popeyes. Once I called, the manager did offer to replace the meal with my receipt. I thanked him.

Not every Popeyes Chicken is good, but this one is the only one I got to! Biscuits are so good, their lightly buttered and the chicken is fresh and also delicious! Their coleslaw is ok I've had better. Oh yes! The shrimp is so good but they don't give you enough! I suggest that you order a lot of it...but only if you like extra small fried shrimp!😌😌😌

I wouldn’t stop here even if the food was free. Their customer service is horrible and that’s being nice. The chicken was horrible and tasted expired. Plus for a $7 meal they literally give you like three fries. You are better off eating gas station food.

Bad experience. They like to close early here.so don't bother coming here if you think you can make it 20 minutes earlier or half an hour earlier there was still close the doors

Giving 2 stars only because I got fed that day. Me and my mom ordered a couple sandwiches and the fries were just thrown in the bag, they weren't in the little pouch. The chicken was off and I had bathroom problems afterwards. Customer service wasn't it.

Open late on a Sunday night amidst the pandemic. Decent food and of course with no attitude. Can't complain.

Food was good, but I had take out, mashed potatoes and they didn't give me any cutlery. Was not pleased. Don't assume that a customer is heading home.

The food was perfect, but having people behind the counter who try to discourage you from ordering and act like they don't want you there is total nonsense. Is that who you want behind the counter? If that's what you want, then I will find a location that is happy to have my business. Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time.

Great food but 3 times out of 5 I got mild chicken when I had asked for spicy.

Popeye's has become too expensive! The service was bad, I was telling the cashier my order and she just walked away from me leaving me speaking to the air!!! I couldn't believe it! Then it took about 10 minutes to give me my order which was only 2 chicken sandwiches and I was the only customer.

Went to the door which said they open at 10, to have someone from the inside door to say the opening at 10:30 today. Guess they make their own hours. He then hid in the back.

First time I'd ever been to a Popeye's I really enjoyed it the chicken was very good stopped in with my son and daughter-in-law we all enjoyed ourselves very much if you're out on the road I would recommend to Popeyes for a good chicken meal!

This establishment is operated by excellent management, the food tastes and looks great/ fresh. The restaurant is clean. The staff is professional. I ordered via uber eats. My order included exchanging wings for breast for $1 more. The order was delivered with the wings instead of the breast and I was charged for the altered order. I called and spoke with the GM. She was understanding and empathetic. The order was replaced at no additional charge. Instead of delivery, I chose to pick it up myself.

I just recently moved to this area. I’ve always had a love for Popeyes, their spicy chicken is just amazing... but this location is just the worst. As someone who has worked in food and customer service for a long time I wonder who’s training them to be so rude and have them pick and choose when their hours are. Their hours are till 11, but I’ve seen them lock their doors at 9pm as me and my bf we’re going to go in. It’s ridiculous. I Would travel to the hunters creek or BVL locations over this one any day. This location is screaming for a detox. They need new management and employees ASAP.

$11 for 3 piece chicken meal seems to be a bit over price to me. But the food tasted really good. Not enough for the money that I paid. The line wasn't too long, and they did not make me wait for long to get my food. Sweet was too sweet, I had to mix it up with some unsweetened tea. Men's rest room was out of order, I had to use the ladies room which was kept clean. Great restaurant, it definitely worth getting a bite here if there's nothing else around to eat.

Their food is delicious but they get some part of our order wrong almost every time we visit. Their staff has also been unnecessarily rude on more than one occasion.

After waiting 20 minutes in the rain and getting my items, not even a simple "thanks" What happened to good customer service?

I came to pick up ny order that i Had placed in advanced and all the employees were sitting down in the middle of the store and had me locked out and were laughing at me while they pointed me to go to drivethrough when my order was supposed to be ready inside at the counter. They didnt even come to the door to tell me anything and ignored me. Very disrespectful and very unproffesional females working at this location. They caused me to ve late to work because of this.

WORSE experience i have ever received. The manager is really disrespectful and distasteful. I don't ever love to leave bad reviews but this is well worth taking the time to write. They hang up the phone on you and refuse to answer the phone when they are in the wrong. I wouldn't give my dog this nasty treatment.

This Popeye's Chicken has never failed me always prompt service. Chicken's hot and fresh.

The app wouldn't let me redeem my free chicken from T Mobile without buying something extra and a soda cost $2.50!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic, from the food to the gal at the window was just outstanding. Ive never seen so much freindly people to a customer!

it was 10:33 they were suppose to close at 11:00. when i went to the drive through they told me that they were closed i pulled up to the window manager said they were closed. HORRIBLE !!! will definitely not be coming back here. also called corporate.

03/11/2020 12pm - Food is nice and fresh but customer service wasn't great. Lady handed me the wrong order then took my food back and gave me the correct order. Asked for salt and ketchup and didn't receive any. Fries were just thrown in the bag. The girls at the window seemed more interested in playing around than getting the food out. Not ideal when you only have a 15min lunch break.

Always gets my order correct, staff are efficient and polite.
